Ever wonder what to do with 8 ounces of jalapeños from Trader Joe’s? Usually I only need 1-3 before they go soft on me. So I make sure to dehydrated them right away and whenever I need jalapeños And I don’t have a fresh one, these dehydrated ones save the day! You can do the same with ginger. Seal with sealer for freshness
